Dr. Thomas Mensah is President and CEO of Georgia Aerospace Systems in Atlanta Georgia USA. The Company is a leading supplier and manufacturer of Nanocomposite products for Commercial Aviation and Defense Platforms. He is the author of the International Textbook on Nanotechnology Commercialization published by Wiley and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, AIChE. This book is used in many advanced countries especially industries that seek to produce advanced products like cellphone batteries that last more than a week without charging, advanced missile platforms with vibration damping capabilities, and high temperature ablative rocket motor shielding materials for space vehicles and others. He is also one of the four Scientist in the world that Commercialized Fiber Optics Technology at Corning Glass Works USA, in the Mid Eighties that supports the Modern Day high speed Broadband Internet. He is also the Founder of the New Silicon Valley of Ghana. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Fellow of the National Academy of Inventors, USA, and Fellow of Ghana Institute of Engineers. He is the recipient of several Awards, including the Kwame Nkrumah Genius Award, Ted Turner Trumpet Award, AIChE 100, William Grimes Award.
